At Old Nine Wood, we see value in American heritage and giving old wood new life. Old Nine focuses on two types of reclaimed wood, salvaged from old local structures and harvested sinker logs from rivers. Generally, sinker ie river wood species are pine and cypress and occasionally, regional hardwoods such cherry and oak. Reclaimed salvage wood is refurbished or sold as is. In addition, salvage projects yield vintage architectural items that are also offered for resale. At our facility, river wood is sawn into various dimensions. We can also process finished products such as flooring, trim, and molding. Our team has decades of experience in wood harvesting, construction and distribution. Our facility is open for visits to discuss your project (over BBQ) and peruse our inventory.
